Pump Casings/ Armour Discs/ Impellers

SBIPL has been making ash slurry pump casings, impellers, armour discs etc. and have been supplying the same repeatedly to utility sector and other industries.
The volute of a centrifugal pump is the pump casing that receives the fluid being pumped by the impeller, slowing down the fluid’s rate of flow. A volute is a curved funnel that increases in area as it approaches the discharge port. The armour disc is further used to cover the opening of the volute and further hold the impeller.

Because of the corrosive nature of ash, it is highly imperative that these parts are highly wear resistant.
